That’s right! High waisted pants are back and better than ever. They’re spotted on celebrities. Extremely flattering and very chic. High waist skinny jean. NOTE: TOP NOT INCLUDED!

I met Debra Gibson in person and I'm 5'6" tall. She was a pixie at only 4'11"! I noticed that they stated Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie and others are also 5'6". Is this the ideal height to state?
What are your thoughts? Do you think that they use the 5'6" height as a typical "perfect" height?

I would LOVE to be 5'2", I'd wear the highest platforms 24-7.
That's interesting. Well, I can speak from personal experience about Jennifer, since I met her a few years ago. I've most commonly seen her listed as 5'5", but I'm pretty sure that she's shorter than that. I'm 5'3", and she was about level with me - if anything, she may be shorter, since she was level with me while wearing heels. So she's tiny. Really pretty in person, though, and super nice.
I don't care how long or short. I need to get some photos of a bob haircut, and when I use haircut/style sites, they're all just terrible.
I would prefer looking up celebrities that have that hair, but I can't think of many.

Hey guys, thanks up front.
I'm 20 years old and was wondering about the policy on Celebrity Cruise line for drinking. I am going to Alaska with my mom and dad, and was wondering if I'll be able to drink.
Their policy seems pretty explicit that you cannot drink unless you are 21, and parents cannot buy either. The catch is, they have a pointer that says if you embark from a country in which the drinking age is less (AKA Vancouver in Canada) your parents can sign a waiver (which my parents wouldn't have a problem doing). I am just wondering is that still applicable on Alaskan cruises because most of the ports of call are in the US?
Let me know, I don't want to go up there with my dad and look stupid if I ask for a waiver and get denied.
Thanks,
Neal
Ok, just to prevent confusion, I'm not talking about actually going up to the bartender and hoping he doesn't card me. It's more so, my parents sign the waiver to allow me to drink on board and I can not have to bitch with people.
On Celebrity you have to be 21 to drink and there is no waiver your parents can sign.
You will be given your keycard to your cabin and it will be a different color than those of 21 or older. The keycard is what you use to pay for your drinks on board. When you order a drink from a bar server, you give them the keycard and they ring it through the system and you sign the receipt. It is not being carded but works the same way.
Of course, if you look like you are 21, you can use your father's card and sign his name. Oh, you can't do that. Celebrity now has a digital photo of you taken at embarkation that is embedded in the card.
Well, enjoy the iced tea and soda.
I'm sick that the stereotype of beauty is stick thin!!!!!! I'm not a complete fattie so don't think i'm some bitter fat person.
i just think that todays role models, whether they be celebrities or models should be healthy and represent society.
why have clothes on stick thin people when the average clothes size in the uk is 16??? (42 europe)
I agree, all my life i have been thin, when i was in high school i didnt mind, but now that im in my mid 20's im lifting weights and eating lots of protein to gain weight. I am naturally skinny, and i have always wanted a curvy body like shakiras, i think that she has a natural beauty to her, and in my opinion skinny celebrities look older, look at nicole richie for example she is my age, yet she looks 35 and sick. I think that the whole pin thin look is SO OVER WITH!!! at the end, your body will suffer for being vain. Im a photographer, and i love shooting people that are curvy, and love it, look at pin up girls, they are all curvy and beautiful, look at Marylin Monroe!! Gorgeous!!! I agree i am sick of the whole skinny heroin chick look. Id rather look healthy, than a cracked out skinny addict,LOL!!
Regardless of whether or not they conform to traditional stereotypes of feminine beauty, butch lesbians can be sexy and attractive too.
I purposely didn't include Ellen DeGeneres in this list because she might be considered a little too feminine rather than "butch", compared to the other choices.

I'd probably throw up Jenny Shimizu as my #1 fave, just because she's utterly gorgeous and has an androgynous beauty. Yummy. Silas Howard is a close second, because she (he? is Silas ID'ing as trans now?) is just soo cute (not too mention Silas TOTALLY rocked out in Tribe 8).
But other favorites include Animal Prufrock, Terry LaFrazia, Julie Goldman (such a cutie!), and Dani Campbell. JD Samson is kinda cute, but I just want to take some tweezers to that unibrow and 'stache (mustaches on trans boys are hot, but I like my butches without facial hair). Rachel Maddow continues to make me go crazy every time I see her- she's so sexy! And even though she's getting up there in years, kd Lang is still very gorgeous.
I guess I'm choosing girls more near my own age, but butches are just plain hot.
can anyone tell me what kind of haircut is appealing to diamond shape? I have curly hair shoulder length. I would love to get celebrity examples that have diamond shape faces with hair as examples too if possible.
currently my hair is shoulder length only and wavy (curly) parted near middle (to the side a bit) and bangs are long.
Check out http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlpix to get some style ideas, then visit http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlsalons to find a curl stylist expert in your area. It's important to see someone who really knows how to work with curly hair. Most stylists don't get any training with curly hair in beauty school.
I can't seem to find it anywhere online…

I mean every where I look I see stick figures. what happened to the curvy beautiful woman? I mean I don't think being overweight is good either but there are to many thin celebrities.

It's like a bowling alley. One pin goes down and the rest follow. Sorry, but I won't let media's snobbish norms influence my preferences.
